Boxley Road
Diocesan Architects were appointed in 2011 to remodel a Regency house in the centre of Maidstone. The history of the property spans many architectural styles and still retains many of its original details. The design ethos was to respect all of the existing components and unify them with the careful use of colour. An existing extension to the rear has been enhanced with new windows and internal layout so that it is more in keeping with the rest of the property.

Harrietsham Old Primary School – Residential Development
Diocesan Architects were appointed in 2008 to obtain planning permission to develop a previous primary school site. The scheme is centred around an existing school house of significant architectural quality at a key focal point within the village of Harrietsham. The scheme has taken into account various contextual issues and delivered a scheme which is of benefit to the village with particular attention paid to the main street scene.

Vale Square
Diocesan Architects were appointed in 2010 to design a bespoke kitchen extension onto a Regency style property. The proposed extension is modest situated on a modest site which encouraged a design solution which is mainly top lit. Attention to detail has been paid throughout the process ensuring that the overall design concept is consistently applied. The end result significantly enhances the architectural quality of the property both internally and externally.
