Diocesan Architects were appointed in 2010 to design and oversee the construction of an extension to an existing factory unit. The additional space provides for both plant and storage at ground floor level. The project is designed to maximise the potential of the site with parking to the front of the unit. With the application of new technology the internal working environment is bright and well ventilated.

Diocesan Architects were appointed in 2007 to provide the working drawings and project-manage the construction of an extension to an existing factory unit. The additional space provides for both plant and machinery with storage at ground floor level and a mezzanine floor with administration offices. The project meets stringent environmental noise attenuation standards due its proximity to residential properties. The acoustic treatment also enhances the internal working environment reducing the machine noise for the workers.
